STATEMENT BY STATE ATTORNEY ARONBERG ON THE MISTRIAL IN THE DALIA DIPPOLTO CASE
State Attorney Dave Aronberg made the following statement regarding the declaration by Judge Kelley of a mistrial in the Dalia Dippolito case: “My office will retry this case at the earliest opportunity. Due to ethical rules, I cannot comment further because this is again a pending case.”
