STATEMENT FROM STATE ATTORNEY DAVE ARONBERG
ON THE 1990 MURDER OF MARLENE WARREN
Following Defendant Sheila Keen-Warren’s extradition to Palm Beach County for the May 26, 1990 murder of Marlene Warren, Sheila Keen-Warren was present today for her First Appearance bond hearing at the Gun Club Courthouse before Judge Dina Keever-Agrama.
State Attorney Dave Aronberg, whose office is prosecuting Sheila Keen-Warren for First Degree Murder with a Firearm, announced that the death penalty is being sought in this case. “My office is committed to pursuing justice for the victim, Marlene Warren. I have made this decision in consultation with our death penalty committee, which carefully reviewed the statutory aggravating and mitigating factors under Florida Law.”
