Disaster Management Workshop

Join us for our 2017 Disaster Management Workshop on Tuesday, July 18th at Palm Beach State College. The theme of this workshop is to build community resiliency through strategic private public partnerships. “Building a Culture of Preparedness – When Seconds Count”.

The participation of attendees at our workshop will play a major factor in identifying strategies and future steps we can take together in preparing for disasters when seconds count.

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Palm Beach State College’s Eissey Theater Chancellor Madeline Pumariegaspoke with our Executive Trustee Council on updates from the Florida College System.

About the Chancellor
Madeline M. Pumariega became the Florida College System (FCS) Chancellor in August of 2015. She is proud that the 28 Florida colleges offer flexible programs and schedules that enable residents to pursue higher education regardless of whether they recently graduated from high school or are returning to re-tool for another career path. Her goal is to ensure that all students have a pathway to complete their degree or professional credential that lead them to meet their academic goals and ultimately helps them get a job.

Diane Peterson McNeal

Wilmington Trust

Diane Peterson McNeal is the senior private banker to oversee Private Banking services in the Florida market.
 

McNeal has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry-30 years of those years in the Florida market. Most recently she was the alternate group manager for Florida Private Banking for Comerica Wealth Management.

She earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Adelphi University, and an Executive MBA in Risk Management and Legal Compliance from Florida Atlantic University. She has also studied advanced lending and financial management techniques.

McNeal teaches a course on integrating private banking into overall wealth planning at Florida Trust School. She is also an advisory council member for Florida Atlantic University’s Harriet Wilkes Honors College, emeritus board member and past president of Opportunity Inc. Early Learning Center, and a Gracey Society Member of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches.
