From the NRA-ILA CONCERNING FLORIDA’S CONSTITUTION!

FLORIDA ALERT: Anti-gun CRC Members Want Gun Bans in the Florida Constitution

FROM: Marion P. Hammer
USF Executive Director
NRA Past President

ACTION NEEDED NOW

Some of the members of the Florida Constitution Revision Commission (CRC) are very anti-gun and they are proposing and pushing gun ban and gun control amendments to put in the Florida Constitution.

Commissioners will be voting on these amendments soon. Links to these amendments are listed at the bottom.

Among these amendments are:

*An “assault weapons” ban which bans the distribution, sale, transfer, and possession of so-called assault weapons and any detachable magazine that has a capacity of more than 9 rounds. (Makes possession illegal with no compensation provided for those already possessed that must be surrendered)

*A ban on any semi-automatic rifle that is able to accept a detachable magazine or has a fixed magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds. (that means almost all semi-automatic rifles)

*A ban on the sale and transfer of “assault weapons” and defines “transfer” as the conveyance “from a person or entity to another person or entity WITHOUT any conveyance of money or other valuable consideration.” (Note: to “convey” between persons without compensation could mean the simple act of handing the firearm to another person while hunting, on the range, or anywhere)

*A 10 day waiting period (excluding weekends and legal holidays) on all firearms to facilitate a background check.

*A ban on the purchase of any firearm by a person under 21 years of age.

*A ban on the sale, transfer and possession of bump stocks and other accessories, tools, kits, etc.

Please email CRC Commissioners and tell them to OPPOSE gun control amendments!

PLEASE DO IT NOW!!! They could be voting on these amendments at any time!

John Giba Student Leadership Award Program Now Open For Applications

The John Giba Student Leadership Award Program awarded by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Foundation exists to encourage, recognize and reward selected area High School seniors who have demonstrated strong leadership potential through a combination of scholastic excellence, community service, and extra-curricular activities. Company Overview

The Enforcers Motorcycle Club was formally established in the spring of 2000. The clubs founder ” Rosco” began motorcycling at the age of 8, with a Honda 50 and had been riding since. As a teenager Rosco dreamed of belonging to a large motorcycle club. Influenced by his grandfather who had ridden his entire life, Rosco followed his dream.

At age 19 Rosco joined the largest club in the world, the police force. After 15 years of hard core “street level police work” Rosco continued to pursue his dream and decided to form his own club, The Enforcers MC. Our Colors are taken from the “Swordsmen” from the medieval days. They were the enforcers of the law then. Hence Enforcers M/C, the Enforcers Motorcycle Club consists of, but is not limited to members of current and retired Law Enforcement Officers / Armed Forces Personnel and Public Safety in addition to some good friends who complete the ” Family” of our club.

Our Colors are derived from the medieval “Swordsmen.” They were the Enforcers of the law. Each color depicted in the clubs emblem or “Colors” carries its own significance. Silver represents the badge; Red represents the blood lost in battle; and Black represents the mourning for our fallen officers and servicemen. We wear our “colors” to respect and remember our brothers and our members. Our Motorcycle Club promotes an enjoyable, friendly atmosphere, and the opportunity to meet and ride with those who love to ride motorcycles in a safe manner when we are on our leisure time. We are willing to extend our hand in friendship to who ever is willing to accept it.

Our Mother Chapter, is based in the Palm Beach County Florida area, with other chapters in Stuart, Ft. Myers, Naples, Miami, Sarasota County, Arcadia, Cocoa, Alachua and Clearwater Florida; we also have chapters in Detroit Michigan, Raleigh, and Smoky Mountain North Carolina, Syracuse New York, Boston, Cape Cod Massachusetts, Colorado Springs Colorado, Santa Fe New Mexico, Hamilton Ohio and Merrimack Valley New Hampshire, Bucks County Pennsylvania, Tatnall County Georgia with many more being developed

We try to attend as many MC functions as possible to show our support and meet people. We have many events and fund raisers of our own with the proceeds going to charity. Throughout our travels, we will always take time to support those who support us. Keeping in mind with our Membership that quality far exceeds quantity. We would like to thank everyone who helped with forming our club. Your insight , understanding , and your approval.

OH, BY THE WAY CHECK OUT THE SECRET SERVICE ENTRANCE!!!
